Conditions of Sale

1) For cancellation of a signature made prior to the opening day of the event, a full refund will be issued if the signature fee has not been previously purchased.  Cancellation of a pre-paid Autograph Ticket from the Event will be refunded once the Event issues a refund.  The customer will be responsible for any credit card processing fee paid on behalf of the customer.

2) All sales are final on the first day of the event, with the singular exception of the cancelation of the appearance of the person(s) for whose autograph you have ordered.

3) In the event that the person for whose autograph you have ordered cancels the appearance at the venue, you will be given the option of either receiving a refund or waiting for the next appearance of the creator/artist.

4) If you cancel an autograph or the person for whose autograph cancels and wish to have the item of memorabilia return to  you,  you will be responsible for the return postage.  

5) Refunds WILL NOT be granted for failure to present your item of memorabilia to DWE once the autograph tickets have been purchased.

6) If your item has already been signed by another individual, DWE will notate on the invoice the presence of a prior signature for which we do not authenticate and then list the signature(s) for which we have witnessed at the specific event.

7) DWE is not responsible for any damage or defect made to an item during signing, grading or shipping.

8) DWE's database only contains details of the signing and may not record any damage or defect to an item.  DWE is not responsible for the condition of an item.

9) DWE does not guarantee a monetary value, nor its inflation of value, for the autographed memorabilia for which we have handled.
